Key Responsibilities
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
Support digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies
Track and report web analytics and engagement metrics
Qualifications
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online engagement
Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Basic skills in web analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Interest or experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
📌 HR Intern (1 Position)
Role Description
As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day human resources operations, help coordinate recruitment efforts, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture at SuWa Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
Help maintain intern and volunteer databases
Coordinate team communications and HR documentation
Support internal engagement and team-building initiatives
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Interest in non-profit work and human resources development
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
📌 Marketing Research Intern (2 Positions)
Role Description
The Digital Marketing Research Intern will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on trends, audiences, and platforms to support SuWa Foundation’s outreach and visibility efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Research current trends in digital marketing and audience behavior
Analyze competitor strategies and digital benchmarks
Assist in preparing reports and insights to inform campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to support strategic planning
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and trends
