Working at Suwa Foundation as an HR was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my career. It gave me the opportunity to not only grow professionally but also to connect with people on a deeply human level. I took great pride in building a work environment that was supportive, inclusive and respectful, a place where everyone felt heard and valued. My role involved managing recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement but what made it special was the purpose behind it. At Suwa every decision I made and every interaction I had carried the goal of supporting a greater cause. I listened, I learned and I worked with my heart at the center of everything. I believe I brought not just my skills but my compassion, patience and strength into the HR role. Whether it was helping a team member through a difficult moment or celebrating small victories I always aimed to make a difference and in doing so I grew as a person.
