Our Story
How SuWa Foundation came to be
SuWa Foundation was established in 2020 by a group of educators and industry professionals who recognized the gap between traditional education and the skills needed in the modern workplace. They saw talented students graduating without practical experience and startups struggling to find the right resources to grow.
The founding team created SuWa as a platform to connect these groups, facilitating collaborations that would benefit both sides. Starting with just three partnering companies and a small group of students, the initiative quickly grew as word spread about the successful projects and valuable experiences being created.
Today, SuWa Foundation operates as a registered Section-8 non-profit organization in India, with a growing network of academic institutions, startups, industry partners, and mentors. We continue to expand our reach and impact, staying true to our core mission of making education more relevant and powerful.

Murali K Chinthala
Leadership Mentor, Project Management Coach/Trainer and Founder
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Murali is a PMP certified Project Management professional with expertise in infrastructure planning and implementation. He excels in leading global and multicultural teams, providing mentorship, and fostering talent development. His transparent leadership approach and customer service attitude have earned him the Best Manager award twice. Murali specializes in strategic planning, team building, and project execution with strong communication skills to handle clients across the globe.
Nikhil Murali Krishnaa
Founder and Mentor
Nikhil brings a wealth of knowledge as an Engineer/Architect with expertise in Systems Engineering. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a dual Master’s in Automotive and Control System Engineering, he specializes in system architecture and technical product management. His skills in model-based engineering and innovative solutions for IoT and cloud-based platforms make him a valuable mentor for students and startups looking to innovate and solve complex challenges.
