SuWa Foundation helps first-generation graduates build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to start meaningful careers.
SuWa is an abbreivation to SugarWater which is named after "Chakrapani" who always had the simple belief: many young people have the talent to succeed, but not everyone has access to the right guidance, networks, or real-world experience.
We support first-generation graduates through mentorship, learning, internships, and career guidance. Our goal is to help them move from uncertainty to confidence, and from education to opportunity. So far, we have supported over 100 students in building skills, finding direction, and preparing for better careers.
What Guides Us
